What about your Returns and Refunds policy?

In general all sales are final as soon as the download of the collection(s) has commenced.
In the case of Kontakt Player-compatible collections, in limited cases a return may be possible if the serial number has not been activated. This is wholly subject to our discretion, though, and legally the cancellation right expires upon starting the download.
For Backup SSD orders, the cancellation right expires as soon as the SSD leaves our warehouse.
All Pre-Orders are final.

We provide detailed walkthrough videos for our collections and are always happy to answer any questions you might have before and after purchase.

Do you allow resales?

All Orchestral Tools collections can not be resold under any circumstances.
Similarly, we are unable to transfer any licenses between Native Instruments accounts for any reason.
