All Orchestral Tools Collections belong to a Series. A series united thematically related products. The biggest and probably most famous of these is the Berlin Series, which united a comprehensive sampled orchestra.
One thing all OT collections have in common is that they all work fine standalone. You do not need to own any collection to use an other(s) with full features. This also (and especially so) applies to expansion collections.
The main source of information about all collections is of course our website!
Our Youtube channel has Overview Videos on all collections, which show you detailed features and the sound of the respective collection.
You can listen to all Demos on our Soundcloud page.
A very important source of info are the Articulation Guides, which list all articulations with their ranges, features, velocity layers, etc...
The User Guides tell you how to use any OT collection and can of course be read online prior to purchasing!
If you have any questions that you can't find an answer to, by all means contact us!
Unfortunately demo versions of Kontakt libraries are not possible, so there are no demo versions of OT collections available.
Our Helpdesk and the Overview Videos should tell you all you need to know about our collections, though!
Especially if you are planning to use OT collection in your scoring facility or in an educational surroundings (school, university,...), please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a demo either in person or via remote sharing.
It is also possible to give all our collections a whirl at our QA headquarters (Germany, Frankfurt area). So if you are in the area and can make it, give us a ring!
Our customers regularly tell us that we have the best support in the business. We are very proud about this and our users will vouch for the fact that our support does not end when your credit card went through. Any issues our questions, contact us and we will do our very best to help you!
